TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS
You have 7 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product was bad/expired on arrival.
- The product wasn’t sealed properly.
- The product melted during shipping.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Provide your order number and details about the issue with the product.
- If applicable, attach photos of the damaged or defective product.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we primarily accept photos of the damaged product and will either reship the order or issue a refund, eliminating the need for most returns.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges or refunds to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within three business days after we receive and inspect the returned item or verify the issue via photos.
EXCEPTIONS
There are no exceptions to our return policy; all items are eligible for return if they meet the conditions listed above.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not accept international returns as we do not sell internationally.
